A Foundation of Innovation

In 2015, when ATD designed its new headquarters in Valley City, Ohio, we purpose-built our facility from the ground up, creating the layout specifically for streamlined processes, enhanced capabilities and greater efficiency. Our one-stop shop model is possible because of this 105,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility.

A Facility That Supports All of Your Product Needs, From Start to Finish

Our facility's entire floor plan allows every ATD service and capability to be executed as efficiently as possible. From part design through prototyping, tooling, part creation and quality control, our entire production process is supported by its layout. This creates a hassle-free work environment for our valued team members, shortens our turnaround times and produces additional cost savings that we pass along to you.

  • 19,000-square-foot warehouse
  • 11,500-square-foot air-conditioned toolroom
  • 9,100-square-foot value-added area
  • 11,500-square-foot office area
  • 3,900-square-foot deburring area
  • Two 20-ton overhead cranes
  • Two 10-ton overhead cranes
  • One two-ton overhead crane
  • Sits on more than 22 acres of property
  • 1,000-gallon underground waste tank
